I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Danang. the location was ideal - just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and markets. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right on our doorstep. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we were well taken care of. Lastly, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had balconies with beautiful views. It was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
There wasn't a single thing that could be improved upon.

The pool was lovely, a real bonus considering the very reasonable room rate.

The staff were very nice. My room was very clean and peaceful. It's away from the city centre and I went to the beach by foot for just about 10- 15 minutes. I rented a motorbike and they gave me one for a reasonable price. It's a nice hotel.
I think they need to train their masseurs more. Some of them don't know how to massage well.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very clean with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the simple breakfast offered at a low price. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to the Asia park and Riverside promenade. It was nice to take a stroll on the river after dinner.
Almost perfect, we could not find any significant negative aspects during our stay.

The room was large & clean, and the breakfast was an extensive Asian buffet.
the hotel was located in a "no man's land" ie; not at the beach & not within a shopping precinct so a poor location for tourists on foot

the reception staff were good
with the exception of the staff on reception all the other staff were poorly trained if at all there was a communication problem all the time there was no buffet breakfast. we had one evening meal it was awful. the street is not nice. you will be woken every morning at 05-30 with loudspeakers frrom the school if you stay at the back and traffic noise if you stay at the front. give this hotel a big miss

The hotel's decor is unique and interesting, with a blend of French and Champa culture. The staff are friendly and offer good service. The hotel is located near several attractions, such as the beach and historic sites.
The wifi at the hotel was unreliable and patchy. There were limited dining options within walking distance of the hotel.

Staff were very poor-tried to overcharge a number of times. we were charged on checkout for a tourist map which they had given us implying it was free of charge. we were overcharged for our lunch, and we were also charged for using a napkin at dinner.!! found that the hotel were money hungry. also there were quiet a few bugs in the room and both myself & my boyfriend got pretty bad bites during the night. there were was also a ghecko in the room. really bad experience here. would not recommend.also every time we came back to our room we found a member of staff in it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the international airport and is well-connected to the city. the public beach is a short walk away from the hotel, and the surroundings are calm and peaceful. the rooms are spacious and clean, with an adequate number of amenities. the staff is friendly, accommodating, and multi-lingual.
The restaurant at the hotel could be improved to offer more options and better dining space.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Reasonable close to beach.
Terrible service. Don't bother using the do not disturb sigh - mine wasn't observed. I do not recommend using their trip service. Check you get the type of room you booked - we didn't.

Great value for money, very nice hotel and rooms, wifi, clean pool. Location is not so good,so we ordered driver with car ( from the hotel )and it was amazing, absolutely great driver, he stopped in all interesting places, he was waiting for us, how we need, show us everything. First day we were with him in Hoi An and second day in Hue. He recommended us restaurants and interesting places altough he was "only driver". We spent with him best time in Vientnam.
Hotel bar closed at 22:00 p.m., quite far from the city and beach. Location is not so good.
